Egbo Daniel is a highly skilled operations leader with a wealth of experience across the real estate and facility management sectors. He is a certified ISO FMS Lead Implementer, a certified HSE professional, and a licensed Estate Surveyor and Valuer with formal training in Estate Management.
Daniel’s expertise lies in operational excellence, risk management, and implementing robust systems that ensure properties are maintained efficiently, safely, and sustainably. As COO, he oversees the day-to-day operations at Urban Core Limited, ensuring that processes, vendors, and teams work seamlessly to deliver superior service quality. As a seasoned strategist and accomplished project manager, he possesses strong expertise in strategic planning, technical supervision, and risk management. He ensures that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
